Our home welcomes you with lush landscaping, plenty of parking for up to 8 vehicles (including space for boat/trailer/RV parking if needed) with two driveways & a breathtaking front porch. The front entrance leads you directly into our spacious living area with a comfy sectional situated in front of the fireplace & Roku enabled TV. You'll even enjoy rainy days in, with our shelves of board games for the kids or kids at heart! To the right, you'll find the open concept kitchen and dining area that the chef in your family will throughly enjoy. Our kitchen is stocked with top of the line appliances, cookware, dishes, and a coffee maker that appeals to standard coffee drinkers as well as keurig connoisseurs! A bonus area right off the kitchen allows room for your bartending skills to send you into "vacation mode" with a full bar counter for all your necessities and pantry shelves for your groceries!

Up a few steps from the kitchen you'll find a full bathroom with a stand up shower to the right. Two bedrooms are located on this "middle level", a King bedroom to the left & a double queen bedroom to the right. Both bedrooms include closet space & Roku enabled TVs for guest use.

A short hallway leads to the grand staircase that enters directly to the laundry room at the top. Looking left, you'll find the first master bedroom with space for a full family! A queen bed, and a bunk (twin over full over a twin trundle) for your sleeping space and an attached full bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The grand master suite can be found to the right of the staircase, and will certainly take your breath away. A walk in closet, King bed, and en suite coffee & wine bar are just a few highlights to look forward to. The attached bath boasts a luxurious jacuzzi tub, separate shower, and his & hers sinks. Finally, the balcony is calling your name for either swinging on the porch swing, or climbing up to the sunbathing deck for a little "getaway".

Our backyard embraces relaxation with a Weber grill, large pool area, an 8 person hot tub, a covered area with seating for your family get-togethers, fire pit, and room to run for the kids in the privacy fenced yard! An outdoor shower, as well as a full pool bathroom is located right off the pool deck, for added convenience!

The final space for guests appeals to that second family or group that just needs a little separate space! The carriage home up one flight of stairs next to the garage flaunts a Queen bed, couch, kitchenette, and full bathroom.

We always recommend inquiring about a golf cart rental with your stay, as we get a premium discount for our guests (varying by season, not included in your stay.)
